Quality Control

From weaving process to the final product, our entire process is tested and checked through our sophisticated testing equipments and expertise technicians. We ensure that our whole process is monitored starting from sourcing of raw material till the final production. All specifications and parameters of our products are meticulously monitored and checked to ensure zero defects on our products before dispatching and also to ascertain high quality products are supplied to our esteemed clients.

Yarn is checked to ascertain its breaking strength before being used in weaving process of the cloth.
Thread is weighed to check the accuracy of the count. This is done through the machine which is used to weigh Gold so as to ensure count is checked very minutely.
Preparation of lea from random bobbin taken from production unit.
Thread in weft side is meticulously checked using Pick Glass. This is done starting from weaving till the end to ensure that the required specification is maintained all throughout the production process.
Length and width are checked for the accuracy.
Proper weighment is done to check the weight of the cloths that it meets the specification.
Bursting strength of Filter Cloth is verified to ensure it meets the desired strength.
