Canvas Conveyor Cloth

We proudly introduce ourselves as a leading manufacturer and supplier of Conveyor canvas cloth which is widely used in biscuit industry. We continuously strive towards achieving maximum client satisfaction. We are capable to undertake bulk as well as minimum ordered quantity.

We are manufacturing the traditional Cotton canvas cloth with 1.5mm – 6 mm thickness and our manufacturing range is between 6” to 85” width. We have fully integrated in-house manufacturing facility right from yarn to finished product. Yarn used in all cotton canvas qualities is manufactured by our own spinning unit- SWASTIK SPINTEX LIMITED resulting into best and consistent quality performance.

For over a decade, we are the sole and exclusive vendor to all Britannia units for Conveyor Canvas Cloth and Endless Belts. Apart from Britannia, major players in the biscuit industries such as Parle, ITC, Patanjali, Anmol, Raja Biscuit, Bisk Farm, Priya Gold etc. are our clients. Besides them, we are supplying to various other medium and small players in biscuit industries PAN India and abroad.

“Swastik” is pioneer in introducing Polyester Canvas Cloth. This replaces traditional Cotton. Nowadays our polyester quality is widely used amongst all biscuit industries throughout the country. We have developed three kind of Polyester quality PS-444, PS-555 & PS-1500 in different thickness for various applications.

Advantages/Benefits of Polyester Over Cotton

Polyester is very cheaper and economical. Polyester cloth is manufactured from 100% Polyester yarn and the durability of these qualities is much better than cotton cloth, thereby consumption can be reduced significantly in comparison to the traditional cotton canvas. By using Polyester Canvas cloth, Foreign Body Contamination (FBC) will be totally eliminated in applications like Scrap return, Dough Feeder, Cooling and other various applications. Polyester is lighter and thinner than cotton, so the AMP Load will reduce as compared to cotton thereby massive saving in the electricity expenses. Absorption of Oil/Ghee is less as compared to cotton. Elongation is NIL as compared with cotton.

Both our polyester and cotton canvas cloths are manufactured from 100% tested food grade yarn.

We supply PVC COATED CANVAS BOTH COTTAN BASE AND POLYESTER BASE with thickness of around 1.5mm to 2mm.
